Terms of Service

The plain-language basics of working with us.

These terms describe how Ramos Body Shop and Paint quotes, schedules and performs auto body repair and painting work. Bringing your vehicle in for a job means agreeing to the basics below.

Quotes

A quote from Ramos Body Shop and Paint is no-obligation and is not a contract until you and Rolando agree to move forward. If the damage turns out to be different once he sees the vehicle in person, he tells you before doing any extra work, and no extra work happens without your OK.

Seeing the vehicle

A quote can start from a WhatsApp photo, but the final quote comes after Rolando sees the vehicle at the shop in Boerne. Some damage is not fully clear until the vehicle is in front of him.

Scheduling

Collision repair, panel replacement, painting and restoration each take a different amount of time. Rolando tells you how long it will take once he has seen the vehicle, and if a date needs to change, you hear it from him first.

Payment

The price agreed at the quote is the price, unless the damage turns out different and you and Rolando agree on the change together. Payment is discussed before the work starts, so there are no surprises on either side.

No-obligation quote — send a WhatsApp with a photo of the damage and your city, and we tell you what it takes. Write in English or Spanish, by WhatsApp, text or a call.
